<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">An Electro-Optics (EO) Engineer to join our Operations Research and Electro-Optics group at our Haifa site. In this role, you will take part in cutting-edge research, development, and evaluation of advanced EO systems — combining physics-based simulations, numerical analysis, and Artificial Intelligence to shape the future of intelligent sensing and defense technologies</div><div style="text-align: left">If you are passionate about bridging deep physics understanding with innovative AI capabilities, come and be part of a multidisciplinary team driving real impact</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct operational research and advanced performance analyses to evaluate EO system capabilities in detection and sensing</div><div style="text-align: left">Develop advanced physics-based graphical simulations using Unreal Engine (UE) or other graphic/simulation engines</div><div style="text-align: left">Develop and implement AI/ML algorithms to enhance simulation performance, image processing, and overall system evaluation</div><div style="text-align: left">Develop mathematical and physical models to support system definition and technical</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including algorithm development, optics, software, and others</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Physics or Electrical Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, or related fields - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience in development or operations research for EO or imaging systems - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Practical experience with MATLAB and Python for simulation, data processing, and numerical analysis</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine or other graphical simulation engines - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity and experience with AI tools - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong analytical skills, systemic perspective, and creative thinking for solving complex problems</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div>
