<div style="direction: ltr">For our Haifa site, we are looking for a Systems Engineer to join the SEACORE team, specializing in the development and integration of complex naval systems for challenging international projects. If you are passionate about engineering excellence in a maritime environment and eager to take part in meaningful, large-scale defense programs — this is your opportunity to make an impact</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">In this role you will:</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Author system documents, define and manage system requirements and technical specifications (System Requirements & Specifications)</div><div style="direction: ltr">Lead subcontractors and suppliers professionally, including oversight of deliverables, quality and schedules</div><div style="direction: ltr">Drive integration processes across subsystems (hardware, software and communications), including system testing and requirements verification (V&V)</div><div style="direction: ltr">Collaborate on a daily basis with multidisciplinary teams: systems engineering, software, hardware, IT, testing and operations</div><div style="direction: ltr">Participate in installation, deployment and commissioning activities at customer sites in Israel and abroad</div><div style="direction: ltr">Plan and execute integration tests in the lab and in the field (including onboard vessels), support HAT/SAT activities, analyze failures and lead their resolution</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Requirements:</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience as a Systems Engineer or Integration Engineer - advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in writing requirements documents, technical specifications and ICDs</div><div style="direction: ltr">Understanding of integrated hardware-software systems</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors</div><div style="direction: ltr">High proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal (including customer-facing presentations)</div><div style="direction: ltr">Willingness to travel abroad</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience with or knowledge of naval systems / navigation / maritime communications - advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Strong systems thinking, analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to work independently, lead tasks and meet tight schedules</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">*Only suitable candidates will be contacted</div><div style="direction: ltr">#Haifa</div>
