For our Holon site, we are looking for an AI Engineering Lead for a senior technical role focused on hands-on development alongside professional leadership and AI architecture definition across the organization.<div>Be the link between business needs and technological capabilities, and create real value from day one</div><div><br></div><div>Responsibilities:</div><div><br></div><div>Lead end-to-end design and development of advanced GenAI solutions aimed at streamlining and enhancing business processes and core systems</div><div>Develop and architect systems based on Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and multi-step workflows</div><div>Define and develop ETL Pipelines to feed RAG systems</div><div>Work with Cloud infrastructure and manage API integrations with enterprise systems</div><div>Own model deployment in production environments, manage Kubernetes including air-gapped environments and GPU resource allocation</div><div>Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and coaching to technical teams</div><div>Establish engineering standards for development, information security, and monitoring of AI tools across the organization</div><div><br></div><div>Requirements:</div><div><br></div><div>At least 5 years of technological experience in development domains: DevOps, system infrastructure, or as a Solution Architect</div><div>At least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying Applied AI / GenAI solutions in production environments</div><div>High proficiency in Python</div><div>Development experience in TypeScript, C# / .NET, or PowerShell - significant advantage</div><div>Experience in developing agent-based systems (Agentic Frameworks) such as LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalents - advantage</div><div>Experience with Vector Databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or similar - advantage</div><div>Experience working with Kubernetes / RKE2 and deploying systems in secured and complex environments - advantage</div><div><br></div><div>*Only suitable candidates will be contacted</div><div>#Holon</div>
