<div style="text-align: left">We are seeking a <b>Senior System Engineer</b> to join our Holon site and take a leading role in the development of advanced and complex radar systems<br>This position involves full end‑to‑end ownership of system development processes and the orchestration of multidisciplinary integrations within a top‑tier System Engineering team</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role, you will:</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead complex, multidisciplinary radar development projects from the definition and design phases through technical documentation, design reviews, testing, and final system delivery</div><div style="text-align: left">Work both independently and as part of the System Engineering team, including requirements management and design reviews</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide matrix leadership and guidance to engineering and integration teams across the organization</div><div style="text-align: left">Serve as the primary technical interface with customers in Israel and abroad, supporting ongoing project activities</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead system‑level integration processes and actively participate in system testing and verification stages</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements:</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering </div><div style="text-align: left">At least five years of experience in development within one or more of the following domains: software, firmware, hardware, or RF</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience in writing system requirements, design specifications, and test procedures for multidisciplinary systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in professional and matrix leadership, working with multiple engineering teams and integration partners</div><div style="text-align: left">Background in integrating algorithmic, software, firmware, hardware, and RF components – radar system development experience is an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with development processes for defense systems and military standards – advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proficiency in simulation and performance analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python – experience with signal processing simulations is an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Fluency in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal)</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel abroad; strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with quick learning skills, structured and organized working methods, and high attention to detail</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant candidates will be contacted<br>#Holon</div>
