<div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">A Quality Manager for propulsion systems at our Modiin site, within the Aerospace division.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">If you bring deep technical understanding of propulsion systems, a passion for precision-driven processes, and the ability to lead continuous improvement – come be part of a team that drives quality assurance for complex propulsion systems with a direct impact on mission-critical defense products.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Take full ownership of quality activities in the propulsion domain, interfacing with customers, suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead the implementation of quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle – from development through customer delivery</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Drive risk management across programs and production lines according to work plans</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead failure investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of corrective and preventive actions</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Support development processes and engineering reviews with domestic and international design subcontractors, including quality audits, improvement plans, and performance monitoring</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Support production line establishment and supplier quality control processes</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead quality discussions with customers and certification bodies, prepare reports, and analyze quality metrics</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Provide professional responses to complex quality issues with deep technical understanding of propulsion systems and mechanical assemblies</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">B.Sc. in Engineering (preference for Quality, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering)</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">CQE certification - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Minimum 5 years of experience in quality within the technological, aerospace, or defense industry, including development projects</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">In-depth technical knowledge of propulsion systems, engines, mechanical assemblies, or complex systems - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Proficiency in ISO9001, AS9100 quality standards and experience in CAPA, FAI, FMEA, and quality audits</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">High-level English, written and spoken</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Willingness to travel abroad frequently for supplier support, audits, quality investigations, and customer meetings</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Ability to lead cross-organizational processes, read engineering drawings and technical specifications, and demonstrate a systemic perspective</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div>
