In this role, you will lead the manufacturing, integration, and installation processes of UAS ground control stations – from subcontractor management through to customer delivery. If you combine technical capability with managerial leadership and enjoy seeing a product go from design to reality – come lead with us</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Manage hardware subcontractors from design phases through system delivery to the project</div><div style="text-align: left">Perform system integration and provide support at company and customer sites</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead and support manufacturing processes of ground control stations</div><div style="text-align: left">Work in the field at sites in Israel and abroad</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Practical Engineering diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in military systems integration</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to read technical drawings and work with measurement equipment</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in subcontractor management</div><div style="text-align: left">Good command of English</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel and work in the field at sites in Israel and abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Systems thinking, ability to lead in a matrix environment, excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and fast learning ability</div><div style="text-align: left">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
