direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead R&D activities in integrated photonics, silicon photonics, metasurfaces, and nanophotonic technologies</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Design, simulate, characterize, and optimize photonic devices and optical subsystems</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Design, build, and operate advanced optical laboratory setups for device characterization, performance evaluation, and technology validation</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead end-to-end technology development from system concept and architecture through implementation, validation, and deployment</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Develop innovative solutions for complex optical and photonic challenges and evaluate alternative technological approaches</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Manage technical interfaces with photonic foundries and fabrication partners including design reviews and post-fabrication analysis</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Analyze experimental and fabrication results and drive iterative design improvements</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Support integration of photonic technologies into advanced laser and electro-optical systems</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including physics, optics, electronics, algorithms, mechanics, and system engineering</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Follow state-of-the-art academic research and initiate collaborations with leading research groups</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Strong background in Integrated Photonics, Silicon Photonics, Nanophotonics, Metasurfaces, or Optical Device Design</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Hands-on experience with photonic simulation tools including Lumerical and COMSOL</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Hands-on experience in experimental photonics and optical characterization</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience working with photonic foundries or strong understanding of photonic fabrication processes</div><div style="text-align: left;
