<div style="direction: ltr">For our Haifa site, we are seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the development and integration of advanced unmanned maritime systems</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Job Description:</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Lead the development, integration, and validation of complex System-of-Systems solutions involving extensive software components and dedicated hardware, from concept definition and detailed design through integration, testing, and customer delivery</div><div style="direction: ltr">Define system requirements for various subsystems and components, and prepare system specification and design documentation</div><div style="direction: ltr">Provide technical guidance and support to multidisciplinary engineering teams, including software, communications, networking, electronics, and other engineering disciplines</div><div style="direction: ltr">Lead complex integration activities involving the incorporation of products, payloads, and subsystems, while coordinating and directing subcontractors</div><div style="direction: ltr">The role requires strong system-level thinking, independent work capabilities, engineering initiative, and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Requirements:</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field</div><div style="direction: ltr">Proven experience in software-intensive, multidisciplinary system development and/or systems engineering, including complex integration activities</div><div style="direction: ltr">Background in Command & Control (C2) system development, either from a software or systems engineering perspective – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in maritime systems development – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Familiarity with distributed systems development and technologies such as Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience working with Linux-based environments – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Relevant naval military background – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical domains</div><div style="direction: ltr">Broad system-level perspective and engineering vision</div><div style="direction: ltr">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</div><div style="direction: ltr">Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and lead peers and stakeholders toward common goals</div><div style="direction: ltr">Willingness to travel extensively abroad</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">*Only suitable candidates will be contacted</div><div style="direction: ltr">#Haifa</div>
