If you love order, numbers and processes, and you're looking for a role with real responsibility in a meaningful defense environment – come be part of what we do</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3"><br></font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3"><b>In this role you will</b></font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Handle supplier invoices – approving drafts, verifying task pricing and approving invoices in the system</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Consolidate taxi assignments and enter them into the MOOVEX system</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Enter various transportation tasks – cranes, tow trucks, trucks, dedicated truck, courier and more</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Analyze quarterly transportation costs and generate reports</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Analyze the efficiency of dedicated truck and courier operations</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Issue security escort requests in coordination with various security entities</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Enter entry permits for external contractor drivers</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Fill in for the Transportation Coordinator in their absence</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3"><br></font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3"><b>Requirements</b></font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of studies remaining</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Full proficiency in Office applications</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Familiarity with ERP computerized information systems - advantage</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Understanding of logistics processes and supply chain</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Basic level of English</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Availability to work at least 3 days per week</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Organizational skills, high service orientation, systemic perspective and ability to multitask</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3"><br></font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Only relevant applications will be answered*</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
