<div style="text-align: left"><font size="3"><b>We are looking for</b></font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">For our Aerospace Division – UAV Operations Department at the company’s site in Modiin, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Manager</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">The Operational Excellence Manager will take part in shaping and implementing the operational strategy across all organizational levels and will serve as a professional authority for operational </font><span style="font-size: medium">excellence methodologies, tools, and practices</span></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3"><br></font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3"><b>In this role you will</b></font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Lead the Operational Excellence (OPEX) domain within the UAV Operations Department</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Partner in building and implementing the operational strategy across all organizational levels</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Lead cross-operational processes to drive excellence and innovation using advanced tools and methodologies</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Conduct in-depth assessments and periodic excellence evaluations and define action plans accordingly</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Support and execute annual work plans to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement goals</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Lead improvement projects focused on process optimization, productivity enhancement, schedule reduction, and product quality improvement</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Implement advanced operational excellence methodologies and tools such as LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma, VSM, Kaizen, and 5S</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Define KPIs and performance measurement methods and monitor the implementation of processes and methodologies across various units</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Work with multiple internal and external interfaces and drive employees and managers in a matrix environment</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Serve as part of the senior operations leadership team and report to the VP of the UAV Operations Department</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3"><br></font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3"><b>Requirements</b></font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or another relevant Engineering discipline</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Master’s degree - Advantage</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">At least 5 years of experience leading operational excellence initiatives or managing according to Lean methodologies</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Experience in operations and manufacturing management of complex systems</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Experience leading organizational changes, implementing technologies, and introducing new work processes</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Familiarity with operational excellence methodologies and tools such as LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma, VSM, and Kaizen</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">High proficiency in Office applications and strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">High level Hebrew and English and strong leadership, independent work capabilities, matrix management skills, and excellent interpersonal communication</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3"><br></font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">Only relevant applications will be answered*</font></div><div style="text-align: left"><font size="3">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</font></div>
