Job Description:
Electreon is developing a wireless charging system for electric vehicles, both while parked and on the go. Our solution eliminates the need for heavy batteries and helps flatten the electricity demand curve. It encompasses underground infrastructure, vehicle-side technology, and advanced charging management software. We are currently seeking a Field Service Integrator to join our team. As a Field Service Integrator, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks including preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs at various sites both in Israel and abroad. You will play a vital role in maintaining and upgrading systems in the field, ensuring their optimal performance.
What Will You Do?
are seeking a skilled Field Service Integrator with strong technical expertise in electronics to support the deployment and maintenance of our cutting-edge wireless charging systems. As a Field Service Integrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of our solutions-performing installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance both in Israel and abroad. You will serve as a critical link between our technology and our customers, helping to deliver high-quality service, ensure system performance, and drive customer satisfaction in dynamic and challenging environments.
- Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs at locations in Israel and abroad.
- Maintain and upgrade systems in the field.
- Work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Provide technical support to customers.
Requirements:
- Technician or Practical Engineer degree in Electronics (required).
- Strong creativity, problem-solving, and improvisation skills.
- Fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer support driven mindset.
- Proficient in reading electrical diagrams.
- Willing to support site’s project in Israel (Currently In the Gush Dan area) and abroad
- Good level of technical English.
- Electrician's license (advantageous).
- Ability to work effectively within a team and establish excellent interpersonal relationships.

- התנהלות מול לקוחות – חובה
- ניסיון בהלחמות - חובה
- ניסיון בקריאת סכמות חשמליות – חובה
- אנגלית טכנית ברמה טובה
