The Vision for This Role
We are looking for a strategic, high-impact VP of Marketing to lead and execute our global marketing engine. You will be a proactive member of the Business Group leadership team, possessing a deep sense of ownership and the ability to build world-class marketing processes from the ground up.
As we scale, you will navigate the challenges of a fast-growing tech company with a "can-do" attitude, blending long-term strategic thinking with an obsession for detail and execution.
What You Will Lead
- Strategic Marketing: Design and implement the overarching marketing strategy and automation solutions to drive sales and partnership growth.
- Public Presence & IR: Direct all IR, PR, and investor presentation activities for a TASE-listed public company.
- Brand Responsibility & Accountability: Oversee the company’s brand identity and global awareness across all digital and social platforms.
- Event Strategy and Execution: Lead the execution of international events, conferences, and high-impact expos.
- Digital Excellence: Manage the company’s website, ensuring messaging and content are optimized for global influence.
- Thought Leadership: Secure high-level speaking opportunities and position the company as a leading voice in the industry.
- Content & Product Marketing: Partner with the Product team to define and produce high-caliber collateral, including whitepapers, brochures, and blogs.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of diverse experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of identifying and seizing growth opportunities.
- Strategic Execution: A unique combination of a strategic mindset and an "execution orientation" with excellent organizational skills.
- Communication Mastery: Extremely high-level or mother-tongue English with exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Content Expertise: Hands-on experience in high-level content and product marketing.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong, influential relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Culture Fit: A passionate, self-starting leader who thrives in a creative, autonomous environment.

- Industry Expertise: Experience in the e-mobility, electric automotive, or energy sectors is a major advantage.
