About the Role

We’re looking for an Office & Employee Experience Manager to join our HR team. This role is key to creating a smooth, professional, and welcoming workplace while driving employee engagement and wellbeing. You’ll oversee daily office operations, manage vendors and facilities, and play a central role in shaping a positive employee experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Oversee facilities, maintenance, and safety compliance; coordinate with vendors (cleaning, catering, IT, maintenance, etc.)
  • Handle procurement of office and welfare supplies, manage inventory and budgets, and process invoices with Finance
  • Organize company visits, meetings, and events, ensuring a great experience for guests and candidates
  • Support recruiting activities, including interview coordination, candidate experience, and onsite logistics
  • Plan and execute employee experience initiatives (events, celebrations, onboarding/offboarding, gifts, milestones)
  • Lead large-scale projects such as office expansions, renovations, and seating planning
  • Manage end-to-end employee travel (flights, accommodations, visas, insurance, and support abroad)
  • Support HR processes including onboarding logistics, training coordination, and internal communications
  • Serve as the go-to person for office-related needs, solving day-to-day operational challenges
  • Maintain a high standard of office appearance and foster an engaging workplace atmosphere

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Office Administration, Employee Experience, Recruiting Coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, service-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with a proactive, can-do mindset
  • Experience working with vendors, budgets, and contracts
  • Experience supporting recruiting processes or working closely with hiring teams – an advantage
  • Creative mindset with a passion for building a positive workplace culture
  • Proficiency in office tools and systems – an advantage
