As a Tech Lead at Fiverr in the Applied AI team, you'll be responsible for implementing core features, defining Fiverr’s engineering culture, and finding innovative solutions while working with cutting edge technologies. We're looking for top talent that's ready to level up their skills in an exciting and fast paced environment.

• Develop and manage high-volume data processing systems that handle millions of daily user interactions, leveraging LLMs to process and extract insights.
• Lead technically, shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and helping define Fiverr’s engineering culture.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI models and technologies.
• Take complete, end-to-end ownership of projects and implement elegant solutions to deep technical challenges.

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 1+ year of experience implementing solutions with LLMs at a large scale.
• 1+ year of experience with asynchronous programming in Python.
• Extensive knowledge in system design.
• Background in large-scale data processing.
• AI Native - AI tools
• BSc. in CS, engineering, or equivalent.
