We are looking for an Exploration Lead (Maternity Leave Cover) to join Fiverr and support our Forward ecosystem. The purpose of this role is to spark and lead an organization-wide conversation around innovation, creativity, and critical thinking, helping Fiverr remain dynamic, adaptive, and constantly evolving.

The role is hands-on and operational, for someone with a passion for culture, innovation, and making things happen.

This role leads Fiverr Forward-Exploration, helping cultivate curiosity and forward-thinking across the organization.

In parallel, the role supports and activates the Forward Hub-a curated group of top talent driving change and shaping new ideas across Fiverr.

• Continuously initiate original events, workshops, and gatherings that spark curiosity and a drive to explore. Own the planning and execution from concept to delivery.
• Execute and support cross-company Exploration initiatives
• Design and facilitate workshops, sessions, and structured exploration processes
• Support the activation and ongoing engagement of the Forward Hub
• Work with stakeholders across teams to turn ideas into structured programs
• Track feedback and continuously improve initiatives

• 2–4 years of experience in an internal entrepreneurial role, with strong involvement in conceptual thinking and the development of innovative ideas.
• Proven experience leading hands on complex cross-functional projects, collaborating across multiple domains, and influencing and mobilizing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong facilitation, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect ideas across disciplines and identify unexpected patterns or opportunities
• Broad curiosity and an understanding that innovation emerges from the intersection of different domains (technology, culture, business, society, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• High ownership and proactive mindset
• Experience in tech or global environments- advantage
