Senior FullStack Developer

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, you will:
- Build scalable, E2E, enterprise-grade solutions for Gong’s biggest customers.
- Design authentication, authorization, and data access mechanisms that balance security, usability, and flexibility.
- Solve complex system design challenges to deliver rich functionality while ensuring reliability, performance, and an outstanding experience.
- Collaborate across teams to set standards and architectures that accelerate innovation around the Gong platform.
You should apply if you are:
- A software engineer with 7+ years of industry experience developing web applications.
- Someone with an understanding of full system flows from frontend to backend, with an emphasis on scale and security.
- Proficient with React or similar web frameworks, state management, and web build tools.
- Skilled in backend development (Java / Go / NodeJS), including API implementation and relational databases.
- Someone with a deep understanding of API design, security best practices, and developer experience.
- A quality-minded engineer who emphasizes automated tests across all layers.
