As an IT Systems Administrator at Gong, you will be a key player in configuring and managing our core SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless operation for all employees. If you thrive on ownership, solving complex technical challenges, and enhancing business efficiency through automation, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on our IT infrastructure.
You’ll Own:
- The SaaS Ecosystem: Manage and configure our core platforms, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Incident Lifecycle Management: Take full accountability for medium- to high-complexity technical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users and management.
- Employee Lifecycle Security: Orchestrate critical access management from pre-hire and onboarding through secure offboarding, ensuring zero friction during transitions.
- Knowledge Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive library of documentation covering operational processes, workarounds, and incident resolutions.
You’ll Solve:
- Operational Friction: Develop smart processes and automations that accelerate business enablement and eliminate manual bottlenecks.
- Access & Security Gaps: Ensure robust user management across multiple complex platforms while maintaining strict compliance and security standards.
- Complexity at Scale: Independently prioritize high-pressure tasks and track progress to ensure system stability with minimal supervision.
You’ll Impact:
- R&D and Business Velocity: Increase organizational velocity by providing reliable, high-performing tools and automated workflows.
- Operational Excellence: Elevate IT operations through meticulous documentation and proactive system management.
- The Employee Experience: Directly shape the “Day 1” experience of every new Gong employee by ensuring their digital workspace is ready, secure, and optimized.
How You’ll Succeed Here:
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration and SaaS management, with a strong background supporting enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in network administration, software administration, and platform integrations.
- Experience managing identity provider (IdP) platforms and integrating them across systems.
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing virtual infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to support a remote workforce, ensuring smooth operations regardless of location.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing incidents and requests efficiently.
This position is based on-site in Tel Aviv, with the possibility for remote work.
