Description -
We are seeking a Process Engineer to join the Blankets/PIP Engineering team, leading improvement activities across the current production lines and ensuring stable, high‑quality manufacturing performance.
You will drive process and/or equipment changes that will improve yield and process robustness and reduce COGS, and support the introduction of new products and capabilities.
A key part of the role is identifying and resolving production issues, through problem solving methodologies that requires strong collaboration with PIP/Blankets plant teams, Sourcing, Equipment, Product and R&D to improv our processes and enhance product performance.
Job Description:
Develop innovative solutions for manufacturing technology, performance improvements and CPP reduction
Develop best practices, methodologies, routines, and innovative solutions to maintain and improve production rates (capacity) and quality of output (yield)
Perform risk assessments, process analysis, yield analysis
Upgrade current systems and processes
Manage cost and time constraints
Provide process documentation and operating instructions
Interfaces with Production, Procurement, vendors and R&D
Job Requirements:
BSc in Engineering (Chemical, Material or Mechanical engineering). MSc/MBA advantage.
Working experience in process engineering (+3 years of experience in process engineering, and improvement projects)
Excellent technical and analytical skills
Automation and control expertise - advantage
Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Good interpersonal skills. can work well independently, within organic team and with different interfaces
Project management skill – Advantage
Clear written/oral communication skills
Positive can‑do, hands‑on attitude
