Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with 4 years of experience in Node.js, TypeScript and MongoDB to lead critical parts of our backend rebuild. This role is ideal for someone with high engineering standards, a passion for clean architecture, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be a core part of a growing team, helping to design and implement scalable, modern backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to a major backend rewrite using Node.js + Express andTypeScript.
• Design clean, modular, and scalable architectures.
• Manage Docker-based infrastructure and caching systems (e.g., Redis).
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure smooth integration.
• Set backend development standards and mentor teammates when needed.
• Document architectural decisions and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of backend development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of backend systems, performance optimization, and clean code principles.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with Docker, caching, and infrastructure management..
• Independent, communicative, and solutions-oriented.
