Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational workflows, data management, and process controls.
- Guide and support employees and managers, assign tasks, and ensure professional development.
- Lead operational projects, monitor execution of initiatives, and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and analyze reports, KPIs, and dashboards for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree - mandatory.
- Between 2-4 years of operational management experience in finance, pensions, or investments.
- Proficiency with financial systems and advanced CRM/ERP platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills (complex tables, VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
Personal skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and work independently and in teams.
