We are looking for an Analyst for investment funds focused on U.S. and European real estate financing and U.S. consumer credit.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of investment opportunities across real estate financing, U.S. ABS transactions, and credit portfolio trends.
- Debt transaction analysis from structuring through financial close, including risk, financial, and market analysis.
- Ongoing monitoring of credit quality throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Collaboration with senior management, investment committees, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Quarterly macro reviews of the U.S. real estate and labor markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Accounting- required
- 2–3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst at an institutional organization- required
- Strong communication skills and high-level English- required
