About the Role

As a Customer Success , you’ll guide financial advisors and insurance agents from onboarding to long-term adoption. You’ll ensure a seamless start, build strong relationships, and drive measurable growth and retention. This is a unique opportunity to shape the CS function from the ground up and make a direct impact on digital transformation in wealth-tech.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business relationships with companies and external stakeholders.
  • Expanding business activity by identifying and engaging new clients.
  • Initiating and conducting outreach calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Leading the company’s sales and growth efforts, including value proposition development and tailored pricing.
  • Planning and executing go-to-market strategies for entering new markets.
  • Building and managing effective marketing and sales processes that deliver measurable results.

Qualifications:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management (SaaS or Fintech preferred).
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, from onboarding to retention.
  • High technical aptitude; experience with CRM or SaaS platforms (Monday.com – advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy and customer-centric approach, with the ability to uncover real client needs.
