About the Role
We are looking for a talented, business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department.
This is a unique opportunity to take part in the legal work of one of Israel’s leading investment houses, advising on complex commercial and regulatory matters within the capital markets environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing ongoing legal counsel to group companies across commercial and regulatory matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Advising management on day-to-day legal and regulatory issues
- Working closely with the General Counsel
- Gaining in-depth exposure to capital markets activity and diverse financial operations
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience at a leading law firm - mandatory
- Strong commercial background - mandatory
- High level of English, written and spoken - mandatory
- Regulatory familiarity and/or capital markets experience – significant advantage
Personal skills:
- Independent, proactive, and business-minded
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Quick learner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
