Responsibilities:
- System analysis and management of technological projects in a Microsoft Dynamics environment.
- Gathering business requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Writing technical specifications and designing new business processes for existing systems.
- Working closely with business users, development teams, and QA teams.
- Implementation and customization in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Dynamics System Analyst — required.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics, Power Apps, and Power Automate — required.
- Proven experience managing multiple tasks across different teams — required.
- Strong experience in writing complex technical and functional specifications — required.
- High level of English — required.
- Academic degree in Information Systems / Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management — a significant advantage.
- Experience as a Dynamics System Analyst in cloud environments — a significant advantage
