About the Role
An excellent opportunity for junior attorneys at the beginning of their careers to join a leading investment house in central Tel Aviv and gain hands-on experience at the heart of the Israeli capital markets and high-tech ecosystem.
The role within the M&A Department at IBI Capital offers direct exposure to merger and acquisition transactions and close work with investors and leading law firms.
Responsibilities:
- Professional handling and operational support of M&A transactions in the Israeli high-tech market, including various regulatory trusteeships.
- Drafting and reviewing legal agreements and documentation.
- Direct collaboration with the M&A operations department.
- Involvement in income tax-related aspects.
- Providing legal support and direct communication with clients, including senior investors in the high-tech sector.
- Working closely with external law firms and accounting firms.
Qualifications:
- LL.B degree – mandatory.
- Licensed Attorney (Israel Bar) – mandatory.
- Up to 2 years of experience as an attorney.
- Experience in high-tech, tort law, or commercial law – significant advantage.
- High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.
