This is a key leadership role focused on building and implementing QA methodologies within an established, active organization - with a strong hands-on component in the initial phase
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement QA methodologies, processes, and organizational standards
- Define workflows and collaboration processes with development, project and product teams
- Perform manual testing for Web, Mobile, and CRM systems, including writing test documentation and involvement from the requirements phase
- Work closely and continuously with development, product, and project management teams
- Build the foundation for a QA team - including recruiting and leading testers and automation engineers
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and lead automation adoption as part of a holistic quality vision
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in manual software testing
- At least 1.5 years of experience managing a QA team
- Experience managing automation developers
- Experience in Web testing
- Proficiency with Jira
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification
