Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical solutions to external customers by performing deep-dive Root Cause Analysis on complex issues and ensuring end-to-end resolution.
- Take full ownership of internal organizational systems, including mastering system architecture to provide smart, scalable operational solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of service requests within Ticketing systems, including strategic categorization, intelligent prioritization, and meticulous follow-up until closure.
- Design and curate comprehensive technical Guidebooks and knowledge assets to streamline information accessibility and enhance cross-organizational knowledge sharing.
- Lead ongoing administrative management, including user permission control and the creation of advanced, data-driven reports to support business insights.
- Proactive monitoring of company systems to identify failures and enhance long-term stability, including broad-scale database performance improvements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Systems / Engineering - must (Final-year students with relevant availability)
- SQL knowledge - must
- Programming language experience (preferably C#) - must
- Previous experience in a similar role - a strong advantage
- CRM experience - an advantage
