About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Project Management to establish and lead the Project Management function within our organization. This role involves building methodologies, driving work processes, managing a team of 3-4 Project Managers, and working cross-functionally with development, product, leadership, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the Project Management function: methodologies, tools, processes, and standards.
  • Directly manage a team of Project Managers – mentoring, professional development, and accountability for results.
  • Own timelines, budgets, KPIs, and achievement of business objectives.
  • Drive cross-organizational collaboration, lead complex interfaces, and facilitate processes.
  • Provide ongoing reporting to leadership with structured, data-driven status updates.
  • High technological orientation – integrate technological thinking and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years managing complex projects and leading Delivery in Enterprise/product companies/global organizations.
  • At least 5 years managing project manager teams, including professional development, mentorship, and accountability for results.
  • Proven experience establishing and leading project management methodologies, processes, and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, KPIs, and driving business objectives.
  • Experience with product/development/complex system environments.
