About the Role

As a Product Manager at Roeto, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as the driving force behind the product’s execution. We are looking for a Zero-to-One specialist or an MVP-to-Scale expert who doesn't just "use" AI tools but operates with an AI-first mindset to accelerate discovery, definition, and technical delivery. You will take primary ownership of high-stakes delivery and the continuous evolution of the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • AI-Native Execution: Lead the definition, delivery, and launch of product offerings by leveraging AI-augmented workflows (e.g., using AI for PRDs, persona simulation, and rapid prototyping).
  • End-to-End Delivery: Translate product vision into concrete, market-ready offerings and ensure successful adoption across the finish line.
  • Decision Ownership: Serve as the primary point of accountability for product decisions, including complex prioritization and technical trade-offs.
  • High-Fidelity Definition: Write and maintain product requirements, user stories, and complex flows with a focus on precision, speed, and identifying edge cases before they hit R&D.
  • Product Readiness: Be accountable for overall functionality, usability, integrations, and operational readiness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D on solution shaping and work directly with the CEO to ensure high-velocity output. Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) to ensure launch readiness, gather post-launch feedback, and drive product adoption.
  • Regulatory Precision: Ensure the product operates correctly in a regulatory-aware environment, emphasizing trust, correctness, and traceability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
  • AI-Native DNA: Demonstrated experience using AI tools as a core part of your PM "operating system"-defining products, building prototypes, and conducting research AI-first.
  • Product Stage: Proven track record in Zero-to-One environments or taking a product from MVP to Scale.
  • Complex Systems: Experience with data-heavy, workflow-driven systems where reporting and dashboards are core to the value proposition.
  • UX Judgment: Strong UX judgment for complex professional tools.
  • Integrations: Practical experience with SaaS integrations.
