This is a key leadership role focused on building and implementing QA methodologies within an established, active organization - with a strong hands-on component in the initial phase

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement QA methodologies, processes, and organizational standards
• Define workflows and collaboration processes with development, project and product teams
• Perform manual testing for Web, Mobile, and CRM systems, including writing test documentation and involvement from the requirements phase
• Work closely and continuously with development, product, and project management teams
• Build the foundation for a QA team - including recruiting and leading testers and automation engineers
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and lead automation adoption as part of a holistic quality vision

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in manual software testing
• At least 1.5 years of experience managing a QA team
• Experience managing automation developers
• Experience in Web testing
• Proficiency with Jira
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification
