We are looking for a Back Office Representative for the Foreign Securities Department.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing work with banks in Israel and abroad
• Execution of securities settlements
• Handling transfers and deposits
• Managing corporate actions (dividends, tender offers, stock splits, and other security-related events)
• Handling IPOs, reconciliations, and securities conversions/exchanges

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration – mandatory
• Previous experience in foreign securities back office – significant advantage
• High level of Excel proficiency (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF)
• High level of English (mainly reading and writing, minimal speaking)
