About the Role
Join a dynamic and growing team at the heart of our international funds operations. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting new investor onboarding, ensuring seamless processes, and delivering exceptional service to our global clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee subscription agreements for new investors, ensuring smooth and accurate onboarding.
- Provide professional, high-quality support to clients.
- Assist the team in preparing and reviewing investor reports, including verification of bank transfers and management of capital accounts.
- Prioritize, organize, and execute tasks efficiently while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of financial operational experience- mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- mandatory
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
