We are looking for a highly organized and personable Receptionist / Office Administrator with a proactive approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars for CEOs and VPs, including coordination of complex meetings
- Providing phone and front-desk support to clients and company employees
- Managing meeting room schedules
- Front desk reception, ordering supplies, handling documents and deliveries, scanning and filing
- Managing invoices and coordinating follow-ups with suppliers
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience – required (including military experience)
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office – required
- Good level of English – required
- Familiarity and experience with SAP – significant advantage
- Good level of Excel - significant advantage
