We are looking for a highly organized and personable Receptionist / Office Administrator with a proactive approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars for CEOs and VPs, including coordination of complex meetings
  • Providing phone and front-desk support to clients and company employees
  • Managing meeting room schedules
  • Front desk reception, ordering supplies, handling documents and deliveries, scanning and filing
  • Managing invoices and coordinating follow-ups with suppliers

Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative experience – required (including military experience)
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office – required
  • Good level of English – required
  • Familiarity and experience with SAP – significant advantage
  • Good level of Excel - significant advantage
