Join our Engineering team as Product Manager to bridge market needs with the technical delivery of cutting‑edge water treatment technologies. What You Will Do: Lead technological development from requirements to launch; manage product lifecycle; coordinate R&D, engineering, sales, manufacturing and service; provide hands‑on technical support during commissioning; support troubleshooting; conduct market and competitor analysis; maintain technical requirements; support sales; manage knowledge transfer and internal training. Location: Kadima. Reports to: Water Treatment Process Department Director. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s in Water/Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering (Master’s advantage); 5+ years in technological product development/management, preferably water; strong RO design and water chemistry knowledge (advantage); stakeholder management; full English proficiency; strong analytical and systems thinking; ability to travel.
