Responsible for leading and overseeing all engineering aspects of projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all engineering activities; lead integration across process/mechanical/piping/electrical/instrumentation/control; set priorities; review/validate design; ensure spec compliance and identify change orders; represent engineering; provide progress reports. Reports to: Project Engineering Department Manager. Location: Kadima (On site). Requirements: B.Sc. Mechanical/Chemical/related; 2–4 yrs Project Engineer (mandatory) and 2–4 yrs mechanical/process design; lead matrix teams (advantage); high English; knowledge of mech/process equipment and civil/infrastructure; water treatment design (strong advantage); CAD proficiency (advantage).
