Responsibilities: Manage schedules/planning; ensure timeline/budget adherence; maintain quality; monitor engineering design planning; oversee procurement and deliveries; control technical/procurement/execution activities; support complex infrastructure delivery. Reports to: Projects Control Dept. Manager. Location: Kadima. Requirements: 7+ yrs PMO on large infrastructure projects in Israel (water/treatment preferred); 3+ yrs Primavera P6; deep knowledge of planning/permits; risk/budget control; strong coordination/leadership; MS Office; oversee procurement; high English.
