Key Responsibilities: Manage tenders to contract execution; negotiate; collaborate across Engineering/Legal/Finance; evaluate suppliers/contractors; analyze proposals commercially/technically. Reports to: Procurement Manager. Location: Kadima (willingness to travel). Requirements: Bachelor’s (technical/engineering background strong advantage); 5+ yrs Procurement Buyer in medium/large industrial organization (required); global org experience (advantage); knowledge of purchasing/negotiations/cost breakdown; full English; strong MS Office; ERP experience (advantage).
