Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Department Manager

Seeking an Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Department Manager to join our advanced Engineering division. What You Will Do: Lead and mentor a multi‑national team across Israel and India; drive Electrical and I&C strategies and standardization; oversee full lifecycle from bids to commissioning; supervise HV/MV electrical systems, field instrumentation, MCC and control architectures; manage deliverables, schedules and budgets; provide technical leadership for vendor evaluations and troubleshooting; collaborate with internal teams. Location: Kadima, Israel (with global travel as required). Reports to: VP Project Engineering. What You Will Bring: B.Sc. Electrical/Mechatronics (M.Sc. advantage); 5+ years in engineering design; 3–5 years managing teams; global corporate experience; water desalination/treatment a plus; control systems knowledge (Siemens PCS7, SCADA, industrial protocols); HV/MV and MCC design experience; excellent English; strong leadership and analytical skills.
