Seeking a motivated Experienced Procurement Buyer to join our engineering team. Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement processes from tendering through contract execution across multiple sectors; drive negotiations; collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Finance; evaluate suppliers and contractors; monitor performance; conduct commercial and technical analysis of proposals. Reports to: Procurement manager. Location: Kadima. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (technical/engineering background a strong advantage); 5+ years as a Procurement Buyer in a medium/large industrial organization; global experience advantage; knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiations, cost breakdown; full English; strong MS Office; ERP experience advantage.
