Join a leading company in a hybrid role combining business analysis with hands-on technical implementation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You'll lead marketing automation processes end-to-end—from gathering business requirements and solution design to implementation, testing, and go-live.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to gather business requirements, define solutions, and prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Design, build, and manage customer journeys, automations, and campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across multiple channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and more).
  • Create audience segments, manage customer data, and connect data sources to marketing journeys.
  • Execute and manage ad hoc campaigns throughout their full lifecycle.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and QA for active customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with CRM, ERP, and IT teams on integrations and data processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including:
  • Journey Builder
  • Automation Studio
  • Email Studio
  • Mobile Studio
  • Content Builder
  • Experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex omni-channel customer journeys.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, AMPScript, HTML, and SSJS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or relevant Salesforce certifications/equivalent experience.
  • Native Hebrew and strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar customer data platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Background in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service.
