Responsibilities
- Lead Dynamics 365 CRM projects from requirements gathering through implementation, Go-Live, and post-production support.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and produce functional specifications.
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and releases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
- Drive system integrations and ensure successful project delivery.
- Support users and continuously improve business processes and system capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
- 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience.
- Strong background in systems analysis and functional design.
- Experience managing budgets, project plans, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent Hebrew and high-level English.
