A leading high-tech company is looking for a Software Engineer to join an innovative cloud-based product team building large-scale distributed systems while leveraging AI-powered development tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver backend features using Java, Spring Boot, and modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
- Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and REST APIs.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical design.
- Promote development best practices, code quality, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of backend development experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Experience with REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and relational databases.
- Experience developing microservices in distributed systems.
- Strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience developing on AWS.
- Experience improving engineering productivity through AI-assisted development.
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical content related to AI development tools.
