Job Description:
As a Production Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Student, you will play a key role in supporting the team's efforts to optimize factory capacity and performance. This includes applying engineering principles, data analysis, and manufacturing science to improve equipment efficiency, production flow, and operational excellence.Responsibilities:
Develop models and methodologies to measure equipment performance and capabilities, factory capacity, and output.
Identify bottlenecks and risks in equipment and process flows, analyze performance data, and propose actionable solutions.
Initiate and implement optimization strategies to enhance equipment availability, utilization, and overall production output.
Analyze deviations between planned and actual performance, and drive corrective actions to close execution gaps.
Respond to internal customer requests and production events in real-time.
Integrate engineering, data, and operational insights to drive continuous improvement and meet performance targets.
Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to cross-functional ME initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: 2nd or 3rd-year student in Industrial Engineering and Management.Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
High level of initiative and ability to self-learn.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to extract and analyze data using tools and systems such as Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel - advantage.
Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and production line management.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
