Job Description: Our Finance team serves as the strategic backbone for the construction division, centralizing month-end closing processes and handling financial forecasting, including construction depreciation forecasting. We work closely with leadership to establish performance targets and provide financial analysis to support business decisions. Position Overview: We are seeking a Lead Settlement Management Analyst to oversee the full lifecycle of settlement reporting, cost allocation processes, and project financial governance. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of analysts, ensure accuracy and consistency in cost reporting, and serve as the primary financial partner to Project Managers and crossfunctional leaders. You will set standards for DSD change integration, develop and refine indirect allocation methodologies, and drive process improvements that strengthen financial transparency across the organization. You'll take ownership of the settlement management framework-overseeing reporting schedules, validating project modifications, ensuring accurate indirect percentages, and providing actionable insights that support key business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, structure, and optimizing financial processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, project finance, or settlement management Demonstrated experience with cost allocation methodologies, indirect percentage calculations, and financial reporting Prior experience guiding team members or leading workstreams.
