We're looking for a motivated Junior FPnA Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you'll work closely with business and operations partners, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that drives key decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain broad exposure to financial planning and business partnering in a dynamic, global environment. Job Description: Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans Analyze financial results and provide insights on performance vs. targets Assist in month-end close and management reporting Track costs and investigate variances vs. plan Build and maintain financial models and reports Partner with business teams to support decision making and cost optimization Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field 0-3 years of experience (internship or student experience is relevant) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good Excel skills (Power BI is a plus), AI knowledge is an advantage Ability to work with data and translate it into clear insights Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
