As the Security Product Management Group within the Intuit Information Security Research and Development organization, our mission is to secure Intuit's future by protecting the ecosystem and accelerating secure innovation. We safeguard all Intuit products and customers from malicious activities, covering both core Security and Safety risks introduced by GenAI. Furthermore, we empower our developers and employees to seamlessly and securely integrate AI into their work, while also partnering directly with our Data Science teams to drive the rapid adoption of "done-for-you" AI solutions within the Security and Trust and Safety organizations.

In this role, you will be building products that serve all Intuit business segments, and teams within the Information Security R&D organization, and will be focusing on leading the transformation of the underlying Security & Safety Services, with the ultimate goal of making Intuit the safest and the most trusted place for our customers to transact.

We are seeking a senior Product Manager on our team, who would build the vision and roadmap to developing novel AI Security and Safety products, work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders including research teams, business security teams, Data Science teams, Product development teams, and others.
Experiencing in building and launching AI focused products, technical skills and experience with go-to-market in a fast-paced business environment is a must.
Our customers and partners are highly technical, and this role requires a strong display of driving technical partnership and influence leading to strong business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Problem Solver: Knows when and how to be scrappy and entrepreneurial, hypothesis-driven and analytical; exercises strong judgment when balancing risks and while making trade-off decisions
  • Product Owner: Brings demonstrated experience building or supporting platform-level capabilities; creates and evangelizes a killer product roadmap that inspires teams and win buy-ins from stakeholders; can deploy impact-driven prioritization frameworks that make informed trade-offs; can mentor junior PMs.
  • Customer Champion: Has deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights; is obsessed with solving customer problems.
  • Influencing Skills: Able to use data, metrics, and analysis to drive consensus; skilled in stakeholder management and communication at all levels of the organization; can effectively tailor communications to the appropriate audience to help ensure broad alignment, awareness, and advocacy of the product.
  • Technical Complexity: Demonstrate profound understanding of platform components; Unblock engineering teams on cross-functional dependencies, supporting convergence toward future architecture and infrastructure, and building scalable solutions that extend across the company.
  • Domain Knowledge: Demonstrates knowledge of generative AI Fraud controls, Trust and safety domains

How You Will Lead

  • You will create and maintain a logically sequenced, inspiring, yet executable product roadmap of the AI Safety and Security products to support our strategy
  • You will manage the ongoing changes to business priorities and engineering operational excellence to help ensure on-time delivery
  • You will communicate frequently and clearly with other teams and leaders; You will ruthlessly prioritize the team's backlog and work across teams to deliver value to our customers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in the cyber-security, data protection industries, ideally designing and building corporate AI security and safety related solutions
  • 3+ years of experience working in the ML/AI domain; track record of working with AI, ML, Data Science, Engineering, Risk and Legal teams, to define, build, and maintain highly-scalable, mission-critical products
  • Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset; passion for solving problems (large and small) that result in tangible, measurable results; experience using data and metrics to test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and measure success
  • Deep customer empathy and curiosity; deeply understands customer experience and pain points using usability studies, customer interactions, experiments, and aggregated feedback from internal customer facing teams to inform product decisions
  • Proficient in defining well-thought out user stories, with thorough acceptance criteria and use cases.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; articulate clearly and concisely the value of deliverables, trade-off justifications; collaborates with stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed-upon milestones
  • Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve; capable of decomposing a big project into bite-size milestones, with a strong focus on execution and delivery of results
  • BA/BSc degree required in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience); advanced degree a plus
  • ~10% travel to other locations based on work requirements
