Job Overview
Manage an AI Science team dedicated to developing and deploying AI solutions that help protect Intuit’s GenAI applications from security vulnbeabilities and advanced LLM attacks.
Drive research, development, and implementation of advanced AI along with ML technologies, while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead an AI Science team, specializing in advanced AI technology, Security and the intersection between them
- Recruit and mentor top AI Scientists
- Apply AI/ML to secure Intuit's GenAI assets, driving innovation and growth.
- Deliver impact through data-driven insights and advanced analytics.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic input for the AI science team.
- Guide business stakeholders to interpret and utilize AI-first solutions and research findings.
Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in an appropriate technology field (Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics, Operations Research, Physics), or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ experience as an established manager of AI Science teams.
- Innovative and disruptive technology leader, solving medium-term strategic outcomes.
- Proficient in AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, and state-of-the-art tools, with a strong understanding of engineering best practices.
- HIgh attention to detail and strong ability to convert complex data into insights and action plans.
- Strategic thinker, flexible problem solver, great listener, and team oriented.
- Able to effectively communicate a vision and inspire others to innovate.
- Work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams (such as: product, application development, legal, fraud strategy and analytics) to provide best-in-class algorithmic solutions to the product needs.
