Investing.com, a leading global financial news and data platform, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, deliver end-to-end HR solutions, and help drive our people strategy across the organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in your assigned business units.
- Provide high-touch HR partnership and advisory services at all levels of the organization.
- Consult and coach managers on people-related matters to strengthen leadership capabilities.
- Plan and implement cross-organizational HR initiatives focused on creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
- Build organizational development infrastructure to support business growth and evolving needs.
- Lead and coordinate HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
- Identify and deliver effective HR services, including talent management and development, organizational design, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background as an HRBP in fast-paced, global environments.
- Proven experience managing business units and driving HR initiatives in dynamic organizations.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing HR processes and organizational development programs.
- Experience in providing ongoing support and guidance to managers, with a strong ability to influence and partner with leadership.
- A proven track record in enabling learning and development opportunities.
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships across all levels and functions.
- Sharp instincts for maintaining a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Practical common sense, a can-do attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills with minimal need for supervision.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
