Billing Operations Student

Investing.com, the leading global financial news & data platform, is looking for a Billing Operations Student to join our Finance team and support the billing process. In this role, you will work with data from multiple systems, organize billing datasets, and assist with invoice generation and related billing activities.
This is a part-time student position (~50%), with working hours that may vary throughout the month based on the billing cycle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Extract, manipulate, and consolidate data from multiple systems to support the monthly billing cycles
- Format billing data for upload into the financial system
- Support the issuance and validation of monthly client invoices
- Review billing data to verify accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile billing data against source systems and internal records
- Investigate discrepancies in billing data and apply the necessary corrections
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing-related issues when needed
What you’ll bring:
- Second or third-year student pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration or related from a leading university
- At least one year remaining until graduation
- Availability for a part-time position (about 50%)
- Advanced Excel skills
- English proficiency level (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently, manage data accurately, and meet deadlines within structured processes
