Job Description:

We look for a qualified intern in the field of Business Engagement with the planned start date of 1.08.2025.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Training & Event Coordination:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute training events and activities.

  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, materials, and technology setup.

  • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to optimize future events.

Communication & Deployment Messaging:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication related to training and deployment messaging.

  • Ensure consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders regarding training schedules, changes, and expectations.

  • Develop and distribute training-related announcements, updates, and reports.

Site Management & Local Activity Tracking:

  • Support site management activities, ensuring smooth training operations at different locations.

  • Track local training activities in conjunction with network transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with broader organizational initiatives.

  • Identify and address any site-specific challenges to ensure training effectiveness.

Master Calendar Management:

  • Maintain and manage a master calendar of all training activities, ensuring no conflicts or overlaps.

  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to align training schedules with project timelines.

  • Provide regular updates on upcoming events and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Professional education with additional professional training, e.g. Meister, Technician, HF).
  • Strong communication, influencing and leadership skills: ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, to establish internal/external connections, and to interact with and influence cross-functional and cross-business teams to drive results.
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills relating to teams with diverse cultures and business practices.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills for multi-level stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
