We look for a qualified intern in the field of Business Engagement with the planned start date of 1.08.2025.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Training & Event Coordination:
Plan, schedule, and execute training events and activities.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, materials, and technology setup.
- Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to optimize future events.
Communication & Deployment Messaging:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication related to training and deployment messaging.
Ensure consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders regarding training schedules, changes, and expectations.
Develop and distribute training-related announcements, updates, and reports.
Site Management & Local Activity Tracking:
Support site management activities, ensuring smooth training operations at different locations.
Track local training activities in conjunction with network transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with broader organizational initiatives.
Identify and address any site-specific challenges to ensure training effectiveness.
Master Calendar Management:
Maintain and manage a master calendar of all training activities, ensuring no conflicts or overlaps.
Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to align training schedules with project timelines.
Provide regular updates on upcoming events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Professional education with additional professional training, e.g. Meister, Technician, HF).
- Strong communication, influencing and leadership skills: ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, to establish internal/external connections, and to interact with and influence cross-functional and cross-business teams to drive results.
Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills relating to teams with diverse cultures and business practices.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills for multi-level stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
